Healthcare Project

Our client is a highly regarded Main Contractor with over 30 years experience delivering complex projects across Healthcare Education Commercial and Residential sectors. With strong financial stability ISO-accredited systems and an excellent reputation for staff retention they provide a structured environment where Quantity Surveyors can genuinely progress.

They are now seeking a strong Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a 50m Healthcare project in Galway commencing next month with a 30-month programme. This is a high-profile development offering excellent exposure to cost management on a technically demanding project working alongside a very experienced commercial team.

Responsibilities

Assist with full commercial management of the project
Cost planning budgeting and cost reporting
Preparation and submission of valuations
Management of subcontractor accounts
Procurement support and subcontractor package management
Variations change control and final accounts
Close collaboration with site and project management teams

Requirements

Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
36 years experience with a Main Contractor or PQS background
Experience on large-scale projects
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
Confident communicator with a proactive approach
