Job Details
Responsibilities:
Processing the receipt of requirements and review of information at the time of shipment
Scheduling and dispatching export shipments (Sample Delivery Dept & Warehouse & Carriers)
Verifying carrier driver identity/vehicle inspection and vehicle registration
Good Manufacturing Practices product/sample shipping operations: including assisting with packing (taking photos weighing affixing shipping marks placing random documents etc.) and assisting with investigations if abnormalities occur
Scanning and archiving shipping documents
Classifying summarizing and uploading Proof of Delivery & temperature monitoring data to the warehouse shared drive
Recording and managing shipment logs/records
Participant in companys compliance self-inspection
Complete the temporary work assigned by line manager

Education:
College degree or above working experience in pharmaceutical industry is preferred
Experience:
Experience/skill in air-shipments operations both import and export
Good interpersonal & communication skills
Proficiency in personal computer skills
Good international & domestic geographic knowledge.
Familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices related knowledge
Have logistics knowledge (preferred)
Excellent interpersonal relationships
Be able to take initiatives and responsibilities
