Product Manager EMEA & APAC Heart Failure Therapies
Location: Brussels Belgium

As a Product Manager for EMEA & APAC youll play a key role in shaping the future of our Mechanical Circulatory Support (MCS) portfoliobringing life-saving therapies to more patients across diverse markets.
About the Role
You will lead the execution of marketing strategies and product lifecycle plans for Abbotts Chronic & Acute MCS portfolio across EMEA and APAC. This is a highly visible role that combines strategic thinking marketing excellence and cross-regional collaboration.
What Youll Do
- Drive product launches and marketing strategies in partnership with regional commercial teams and global headquarters.
- Collect customer insights and translate them into actionable initiatives.
- Perform market research and monitor competitive trends to inform strategy.
- Forecast and manage product demand across multiple regions.
- Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders.
- Lead projects that increase awareness and adoption of our therapies across the heart failure care pathway.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field; medical background is a plus.
- 5 years of marketing experience in the medical device industry with both upstream and downstream exposure.
- Proven experience in product management strategic planning and P&L management.
- Strong understanding of healthcare stakeholders and ability to influence across a matrix organization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- International exposure and ability to work in a fast-paced diverse environment.
