The Team
Youll be supported by a friendly experienced and compassionate support staff who are deeply committed to our patients clients and the surrounding community. As Chief of Staff youll play a key role in mentoring doctors fostering a positive culture and partnering with leadership to support hospital growth and team wellbeing.

As Chief of Staff youll have the opportunity to:
Lead and mentor veterinarians and support staff
Promote medical excellence and consistency of care
Partner with hospital and regional leadership on operational and team initiatives
Help cultivate an engaged collaborative and wellbeing-focused culture
