Position Summary

As F5 continues to transform from being a successful Hardware company to a security and software Industry Leader we need the ability to quickly deliver new Product Offers to the market.

The SDIM Team is responsible for evolving and operationalizing the SKU Development and Implementation capabilities which will enable our speed to market. This team provides focused business analysis functions necessary to help support the Product Management and planning efforts in bring new offers to market. This team requires the ability to drive governance product lifecycle alignment and enablement. The role will have business acumen to oversee key projects at various stagesincluding planning designing new offer request implementing the intake approval and aiding in the design and set up of SKU Attributes.

The SDIM Lifecycle role will be responsible for collaborating and driving alignment with Product Management Finance Accounting Sales Sales Operations Release Management Technical Services Legal and the Channel throughout the SDIM development process. This individual will be responsible for enforcing process requirements creating documentation and providing business analysis to support the SDIM output produces the correct product delivery to customers and revenue fulfillment. After the proper design of SKU attributes this role is responsible for data entry into F5s infrastructure ecosystem.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage new offer operational requests
• Integrate with organizational teams to build and maintain subject matter expertise
• Responsible for accelerating the time to market for new offers
• Owning the creation of SDIM design and implementation as well as cross functional requirement documents
• Support product group initiatives such as new product or offering SKU creation and changes.
• Creates methods techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
• Responsible for teaching best practice and creating resources for enablement
• Act as an evangelist for the SDIM process across F5 portfolio
• Responsible for quality of SDIM request
• Manage the automated request tool
• Manage the SDIM pipeline and backlog
• SDIM representative in the Lifecycle Management Framework process
• Responsible for upholding F5s Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies.

• Experience on any web based reporting tool is a plus
• Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings)
• Duties are performed in a normal office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree and/or applicable experience
• 1 years of technical and/or project management work experience in a related field.
• Experience using business productivity: Microsoft Office products Google docs etc. (emphasis in spreadsheets and presentation tools)
