Food and Beverage Manager Duties
Manage all outlets in terms of product waste and service efficiency.
Prepare variance analysis for bar programs and communicate with relevant departments.
Update and maintain systems.
Check cost of sales and ensure costs are within budget.
Audit beverage reports accordingly.
Spot check all meal periods to ensure consistency and quality of beverage offering.
Develop cost train and input recipes.
Train teams on implementation of standards for bar organization and cleanliness.
Update POS (Micros) as needed.
Value everyones contribution to the team and we will value your contribution as a key part of our success.
Ensure communication is key and ensure daily stand-up meetings are held with associates in the various Food and beverage department areas. Passing along important information to them and giving them a voice in the process.
