Guardian Angel Senior Services is looking for a Home Health Aide who is a5-Star Caregiverto provide light housekeeping and personal care services to the elderly and disabled in the comfort of their own homes.

1. Dependable:Arrives on time ready to work. Maintains an unblemished attendance record. Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to fill vacant shifts when needed.
2. Thorough:Attentively follows designated care-plans taking care to understand client needs in order to address them. Updates Care Plans to reflect changes in client care and informs Management of same.
3. Observant:Aware of a clients unique personal and medical history so as to recognize changes whether behavioral physical social or psychological as they pertain to a clients overall health and well-being.
4. Clear & Concise:Communicates professionally tactfully and with discretion in verbal exchanges with the client and family members. Records all activities and observations factually in the visit notes.
5. Follow-Through:Communicates with Management ensuring that all issues updates changes and concerns are reported to the office in a timely fashion.

• Must have valid Drivers license.
• Have Own Vehicle
• Be able to travel 15 to 20 minutes

• Assist client with ambulation and mobility around the house
• Help with basic cleaning around the home
• Laundry
• Assist client with personal care and hygiene
• Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the client

• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion
• Report any unusual incidents
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergences
