This is a Junior Manager Role meaning we are looking for someone to be the first hire in our Marketing Department.
About the Role
Youll support and execute marketing initiatives across email content customer marketing and product marketing. This role is perfect for someone who loves writing understands how messaging drives sales and is eager to learn fast in a startup environment. Youll work cross-functionally with Sales Product and Customer Support to help build the foundation of Alohas marketing engine.

What Youll Do
- Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns across email content and social channels
- Write clear persuasive sales-driven messaging for emails landing pages product updates and customer communications
- Support customer marketing initiatives to improve retention engagement and feature adoption
- Help develop product marketing materials including one-pagers feature announcements and internal enablement docs
- Collaborate with Sales to ensure messaging alignment and support pipeline-building efforts
- Contribute to Alohas content engine: blogs case studies scripts ad copy and more
- Use AI tools to accelerate content creation research and workflow optimization
- Assist with basic analytics campaign performance tracking and reporting
- Participate in in-office brainstorms strategy sessions and cross-team projects
What You Bring
- 13 years of experience in marketing content or a related field
- Strong writing skillsclear engaging persuasive and sales-aware
- Experience with email marketing content creation and basic product/customer marketing
- Comfortable using AI tools to ideate draft edit and improve workflows
- Curious proactive and excited to grow in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with HubSpot or similar tools is a plus
- Collaborative organized and comfortable working cross-functionally
