About the Unit: Our patient population in our 20-bed unit is diverse and includes but is not limited to CHF Sickle Cell Renal Failure Diabetes Vascular Sepsis COPD Pneumonia Osteomyelitis w/ Surgical Intervention Wound Care and varying disease specialty is Observation short stay patients. We have 10 Observation beds.
Education
Associates Bachelors Masters or diploma in the Nursing Field required
Certification/Licensure
Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing
Basic Life Support (BLS)
NIH stroke scale
Experience
Must have two or more years of current acute care hospital experience.
