OBJECTIVES :
- To take care and develop existing BI customers to meet revenue target and to convert customers into subscription.
- Takes care of sanity check on BI contracts (usage/contracts/billing
- Develop interest and awareness on Coface BI offer to secure profitable business for Coface.
- Ensure proper training for BI users and look for development opportunities within existing accounts
- Ensure renewal of contracts and upsell limit attrition rate
- Provide Sales and Marketing Dpts with feedback from customers about BI products and solutions.
- To work closely Back Office to ensure contracts are in line with customer needs.
Qualifications :
SPECIALIST SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Proven experience of working in a sales development role ideally in the Business Information market
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced global business
- Autonomous: able to self-motivate and focus on goals and activities while working on ones own
- Ability to work directly with customers and with brokers
- Sales negotiation and communication skills
- Able to build rapport and long term relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to build productive networks
- Prioritisation: determines the importance of each task and allocates time accordingly
- In depth familiarity and knowledge of various contract structures in order to provide a consultative solution
- Ability to liaise with hunting team when finding new opportunities into a given account
- Knowledge of current economic climate and how it affects the market
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Master degree
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Account manager or Sales
- Desirable: degree educated in Business and/or Finance related discipline
- Ability to interact with customers in both French and English
