Job Summary

Lead data cleansing transformation processing hypothesis testing modeling and analysis for global knowledge offerings.
Design and implement GenAI solutions including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows and agentic systems to streamline data-driven processes.
Apply advanced NLP techniques to mine and extract insights from diverse structured and unstructured data sources.
Enhance data collection and integration to support robust analytic systems and GenAI-powered applications.
Analyze large-scale datasets to identify patterns trends and actionable solutions using statistical and machine learning methods.
Gather business requirements curate features develop and validate models generate metrics and communicate insights through comprehensive reports and dashboards.
Map data sources and oversee ETL processes to ensure data quality and integrity using modern tools and methodologies.
Develop deploy and maintain models and agents using Python and Azure cloud services.
Build interactive dashboards and custom reports in Tableau providing stakeholders with clear actionable metrics.
Collaborate with analytics leadership to drive continuous improvement initiatives proactively addressing risks and opportunities.
Perform detailed quality reviews data testing and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and reliability of analytics deliverables.
Present findings and insights to clients and stakeholders with clarity leveraging tools such as PowerPoint and Tableau for impactful visualizations.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Data Science Computer Science IT Information Systems or a related field (required).
MA MS or MBA strongly preferred.
4 years of hands-on experience in data science analytics statistics and AI solution integration.
Demonstrated success in supporting GenAI and NLP-driven projects and delivering data-driven insights for business decision-making.
Expertise in Python data science statistics and machine learning (supervised & unsupervised techniques).
Proficient in GenAI integration including agentic solutions and RAG workflows.
Advanced NLP skills for extracting insights from text data; experience with libraries such as TensorFlow PyTorch Transformers scikit-learn and Keras.
Strong SQL skills for data wrangling and complex query development.
Ability to synthesize large quantitative and qualitative datasets into meaningful reports and recommendations.
Experience with Azure Databricks and container technologies (Docker Kubernetes) preferred.
Skilled in data visualization using Tableau and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Access Word PowerPoint).
Strong analytical critical thinking and project management abilities; adept at managing multiple priorities independently.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to collaborate across global matrixed teams and interface with leadership.
Support and mentor analysts conduct quality audits and ensure adherence to SLA standards.
Responsible flexible and able to adapt to evolving project requirements.
