Hybrid Scheme 3 days on-site and 2 days working from home.

Schedule: 7 am to 4 pm - Monday to Friday

About the role

As an OT Security Engineer you will play a critical role in safeguarding the technologies that operate and control Carriers industrial environments. Your work will ensure that our manufacturing processes remain safe reliable and resilient against cyber threats. By designing and implementing robust security controls across OT networks and assets you will help protect physical processes and support modernization initiatives that drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

As an OT Security Engineer youll be responsible for:

• Designing implementing and maintaining security controls for OT/ICS environments including SCADA PLCs HMIs and plant networks.
• Developing OT security architecture aligned with industry standards such as the Purdue Model and ISA/IEC 62443.
• Supporting secure network segmentation between IT and OT including firewalls DMZs and remote access solutions.
• Deploying and maintaining OT monitoring tools (e.g. Nozomi Claroty Dragos) to detect threats and anomalies.
• Performing risk assessments and vulnerability management for OT systems including legacy equipment.

Requirements

We are looking for people who are detail-oriented collaborative and passionate about cybersecurity in industrial environments. If this is you get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

• 37 years of experience in cybersecurity industrial control systems or OT engineering.
• Hands-on experience with ICS/OT technologies such as SCADA systems PLCs or industrial automation networks.
• Understanding of OT networking concepts (Modbus DNP3 OPC BACnet Profinet EtherNet/IP).
• Familiarity with OT security frameworks such as ISA/IEC 62443 or NIST 800-82.
• Experience with OT security platforms (Nozomi Dragos Claroty).

Although not necessary it would be nice if you have:

• Experience implementing segmentation firewalls and DMZs for OT networks.
• Knowledge of industrial protocols and vendor equipment (Rockwell Siemens Schneider Emerson).
• Incident response experience in ICS environments.
• Ability to write or review PLC logic (Ladder Logic Function Block Structured Text).
• Certifications such as GICSP GRID ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Certificates CCNA/CCNP or CISSP.
