| Job Purpose | Bajaj Finance Ltd. As part of its Payments BBPS strategy wants to Drive Sales numbers through Channels and Cross Functional teams & increase Visibility @point of sale driving GMV relationship building managing multiple stakeholders and high-level engagement. He/She will also be responsible for driving comprehensive product offering keeping the accounts clean and managing P&L for his assigned/ build up portfolio. |
| Duties and Responsibilities | Development Benchmarking competition for merchant channel wrt to BBPS services Develop Merchant Channel to expand offline bill payment services on QR onboarded Merchants. Identify and Develop other Offline channels to drive Bill Payments services. (CDM Branches ASSC Model Merchant) Training Branch Ops team to enhance their knowledge to drive Bill Payments services in BFL branches. Initiating and developing relationships with key decision makers in the relationships managed for business development. Management: - Train and motivate the Cross functional FOS team - Drive BBPS Agent Onboarding & Activation from QR onboarded Merchants through cross functional teams. Management: - Manage channel relationships. Develop and implement strategies to expand offline bill payment services through cross functional teams on branches and merchant networks. Onboard and drive merchant through cross functional teams to enhance the reach of bill payment services on QR Merchants. Drive Sales numbers through Channels and Cross Functional teams. | Required Qualifications and Experience | Should be an MBA with 1 years of experience OR Graduate with minimum 3 yrs. of experience. Prior exposure to Channel sales is mandatory. For internal candidates people with Merchant handling roles in B2B B2C & QR direct are preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills Should be high on energy & a self-starter. Should have a passion for on Field visits and manage key relationships with respective channel stakeholders |
