The Role

As a Student Worker in our Global Accounting Operations team you will join a highly motivated group of experienced finance professionals in an organization that values innovation determination integrity and teamwork. This is a hands-on role (approx. 15 hours a week) where you will gain practical experience in accounting function while contributing to key processes at Genmab!

Responsibilities

• Maintain the companys corporate credit card activities including but not limited to creating and terminating user profiles.

• Resolve employee questions related to their corporate cards.

• Collaborate with other internal teams on various matters related to corporate credit card activities.

• Assist with activities related to prepayments ensuring compliance with company processes and standards by scrutinizing prepaid invoices.

• Create and maintain capital project overviews.

• Maintain the IFRS 16 lease commitment file.

• Perform reconciliations.

• Conduct data analysis.

• Support Accounting Operations with other tasks as needed.
  
  

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program (preferably in Finance Accounting or Business) at a university in Denmark.

• Strong interest in accounting and financial operations.

• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.

• Proficiency in English.

• Basic knowledge of Excel.
