Are you studying a degree within a technical field do you have flair and structure to work with administrative tasks and would you like to leave your mark This is your chance to extend your knowledge along with a team of experts that provide the industry with verification design analyses and inspections.

At Bureau Veritas you will become a part of a large international organization with the objective of delivering excellence to our high-profile clients including some of the worlds most recognized brands. With this comes the chance of being a part of large challenging but exciting projects.

We are looking for a student assistant who wants to help our team and contribute to the administration and coordination of tasks in relation to Inspection Activities Both internally within Bureau Veritas network and for our own customers. This will include tasks such as:

• Receive inquiries and requests and act as a liaison between the parties to ensure that inspections are planned and carried out.
• Handle invoicing of our customers which involves preparing and creating invoices.
• Handle the initial processing of supplier invoices and distribute them
• General administrative tasks

Working hours are 10-15 hours per week with the possibility of more.

As a student assistant you will become part of a team dedicated to providing the best service to our clients. It is important that you gain energy by finding solutions and seeing opportunities instead of constraints.
