Job Summary

We are seeking a BIM Specialist specializing in linear transport infrastructure to join our technical team dedicated to public works projects in Italy. The Candidate will join the Building & Places Team which provides services on large-scale real estate and civil engineering projects. Our teams work on complex real estate projects pulling the right resources across the company to support project needs.

Main Responsibilities:

Development and management of BIM models for transport infrastructure (roads railways subways).

Support design teams in implementing digital processes.

Collaboration with engineers architects and other specialists to ensure model quality and consistency.

Management of information flows and control of digital technical documentation.

Support in defining internal BIM guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications :

Masters Degree in Civil Engineering Construction Engineering or similar.

2-4 years of experience in BIM design and modeling with a focus on linear transport infrastructure.

Fluent in Italian and English.

Excellent knowledge of major BIM software (e.g. Autodesk Civil 3D Revit Navisworks or equivalent).

Familiarity with BIM regulations and standards for public works in Italy.

Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and problem-solving skills. Plus:

BIM certifications (UNI 11337-7 or equivalent).

Experience with complex public procurement.
