Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to delivery
Act as the main point of contact between Japanese clients and internal teams
Communicate translate and interpret requirements (Japanese English)
Create project plans schedules status reports and documentation
Track project progress risks and dependencies; ensure timely delivery
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering QA operations etc.)
Conduct client meetings reviews and progress updates in Japanese
Ensure quality scope timeline and budget adherence
Resolve issues and escalate risks when necessary
Qualifications :
uired Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Engineering IT Business or related field
Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N2 or N3 (mandatory)
810 years of experience in project management
Experience working with Japanese clients or Japan-facing projects
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall)
Excellent communication documentation and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in project tools such as JIRA MS Project Excel PowerPoint
