The Senior Manager Change Management will lead and manage strategic change management initiatives across the organization. This role involves developing and implementing high-level strategies to ensure successful adoption of changes by employees. Candidates are expected to have a strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies and proven track record of delivery within a Financial Services environment. Senior Manager will work closely with executive leaders project teams and stakeholders to drive change initiatives that align with the organisations long-term goals and vision.
- Develop and implement strategic change management frameworks and plans.
- Lead and coordinate large-scale change management activities.
- Conduct high-level impact analyses and assess organizational change readiness.
- Identify and manage strategic risks and resistance to change.
- Provide executive coaching and support to senior leaders and managers.
- Facilitate strategic change management workshops and executive meetings.
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to keep employees informed.
- Monitor and measure the long-term effectiveness of change initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or Engineering related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Certification in change management (e.g. ACMP PROSCI) is a plus.
- 10 years of experience in change management or related strategic roles.
- Strong understanding of strategic change management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.
- Proven ability to lead and drive large-scale organizational change efforts.
- Experience with strategic planning and execution.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies that align with organisational goals.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams driving change initiatives at a strategic level.
- Influence and Negotiation: Skilled in influencing and negotiating with senior leaders and stakeholders to gain buy-in for change initiatives.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively to executive audiences.
- Change Advocacy: Passionate about driving change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Resilience: Ability to remain composed and effective under pressure adapting to changing circumstances
