Your responsibilities will be the following:
- Work closely with the District Manager Sales Representatives and Store Managers to plan and implement specific initiatives to increase sales
- Working with your team you will be responsible for meeting objectives and increasing sales by promoting NAPAs marketing programs to customers
- Recruit develop evaluate train and motivate your team
- Stay abreast of market developments product line changes new technologies and competitor strategies
- Monitor sales by producing weekly and monthly reports

Qualifications :
To join our team you need:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales team management
- Bilingualism in French and English as you will be working fluently with internal customers across Canada.
