As Steele Mazda St. Johns Sales Manager you will be taking the lead in driving day-to-day performance across our New and Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales departments. This role is all about momentum - youll fuel exceptional customer experiences while motivating our sales team to continue to deliver top-notch customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Work in conjunction with the General Sales Manager in all areas of sales operations and performance.
• Manage daily sales-floor activity for New and Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales.
• Desk and approve all new vehicle deals prior to F&I turnover.
• Distribute monitor and manage all sales leads.
• Coach train and develop Sales and F&I team members.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure a consistently high-quality customer experience and resolve escalated concerns.
• Support inventory management merchandising and trade appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with Mazda brand standards dealership policies and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with Service Parts Accounting Marketing and HR teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5 years of automotive dealership sales experience
• 2 years of sales management experience
• 2 years of people management experience
• 2 years of F&I experience
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving abstract
