The Job:

As the Key Account Manager youll be part of our sales team working as a hybrid employee. Youll get to:

• Develop and Maintain Client Relationships:Build strong long-term relationships with key clients to understand their needs ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.
• Identify Growth Opportunities:Analyze client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling cross-selling and expanding services or products.
• Coordinate Internal Resources:Collaborate with sales marketing and product teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client requirements are met.
• Monitor Account Performance:Track and report on key account metrics sales targets and client feedback to ensure objectives are achieved.
• Resolve Issues and ProvideSupport:Address client concerns promptly troubleshoot problems and ensure high levels of customer service and retention.

• Proven experience as key account manager or similar role.
• Bulgarian & English language on fluent level.
• Driving license B.
