Commercial Lines Account Executive (CLAE)
Job Summary
Seeking a highly experienced and motivated Commercial Lines Account Executive (CLAE) to join a dynamic and well-established team. As part of a reputable agency with a strong industry presence you will have the opportunity to manage complex accounts work with a variety of carriers and provide exceptional service to the valued clients. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to step into a leadership role in the future.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $100000 - $125000 annually commensurate with experience.
- Health Benefits: 100% health insurance coverage for the employee.
- Paid Time Off: 15 days of combined PTO and sick leave plus 12 floating days per year.
Responsibilities
- Manage and service complex accounts with premiums exceeding $100000 including contractors trucking and generalist accounts.
- Handle accounts from start to finish (soup to nuts) with minimal supervision.
- Quote new and renewal business with both standard and E&S nonstandard carriers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
- Demonstrate leadership potential with the opportunity to grow into a department manager role.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and independently ensuring high-quality results.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial lines insurance; 10 years preferred.
- Proven ability to manage complex accounts and work with both standard and E&S nonstandard carriers.
- Strong knowledge of the insurance industry including quoting and renewing business.
- Experience with EPIC software is a plus but not required.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A track record of providing outstanding client service and building lasting relationships.
