DescriptionWork Schedule:
Per Diem flexible schedule - as needed. You will work at the UW Health Swedish American hospital.
Additional components of compensation may include:

Qualifications
Masters Degree in Social Work. Required
Work Experience
2 years experience in a healthcare setting. Preferred
Licenses and Certifications
Must complete 2000 hours of supervision and passing the ASWB clinical examination within a period of 2 years from the date of hire. Required
