Quantity Surveyor - Athlone Co. Westmeath
Permanent Position Salary up to 70000 DOE
Our client is a respected Main Contractor delivering high-quality projects across the Midlands and West. With a strong pipeline of regional work and an emphasis on internal promotion they offer Quantity Surveyors the opportunity to step up into senior roles without relocating or moving to major city sites.
They are now seeking an ambitious Intermediate Quantity Surveyor ready to progress to Senior level initially working on a 6m project in Athlone with a 15-month programme. This is a permanent position with follow-on work secured across the Midlands or West region.
Responsibilities
Commercial management of a standalone project
Cost control forecasting and reporting
Preparation and agreement of valuations
Subcontractor procurement and account management
Variations claims and final accounts
Liaise closely with Project Manager and Site Team
Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
47 years experience with a Main Contractor
Experience managing projects or packages independently
Ambition to progress into a Senior QS role
Strong commercial acumen and leadership potential

Our client is a respected Main Contractor delivering high-quality projects across the Midlands and West. With a strong pipeline of regional work and an emphasis on internal promotion they offer Quantity Surveyors the opportunity to step up into senior roles without relocating or moving to major city sites.
