In Bulgaria we are well known with our dermo-cosmetic brands: Avene Ducray A-Derma Klorane Rene Furterer Elgydium and Eludril.

We have been working also in the area are related to the treatment of infantile hemangiomas and oncology.

Your mission

Operate as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
Develop sustainable as well as a trusted advisory relationship with accounts customer stakeholders and internal partners. Effective collaboration with all internal departments of the company is an essential requirement of the role.
Responsible for both achievement of strategic sales targets for specific accounts and for day-to-day management of operational activities.
Responsible for definition and execution of targets for sales and profitability visibility branding and promotion plan for own customers in collaboration with Marketing and Trade Marketing units.
Responsible for the management of rebates policy and annual contracts follow up for major key accounts.
Participate in monthly quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
As part of the Middle Management of the Sales team participate in the definition of sales policy principals and objectives.

Who you are

University degree.
Sales experience of at 3 years.
Key Account management experience 2 years.
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint etc.)
Good command of English will be considered as advantage.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Analytical and hands-on mentality.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
