Our Management Consulting team works closely with clients to plan and implement the right strategy to deliver sustainable growth.

We seek to help them achieve performance improvement by developing and implementing new structures models and plans to reach their strategic goals. We also support them in determining how to best leverage innovative digital technologies and utilise their data effectively to develop deep insight in support of decision making.

Joining the Management Consulting team as a graduate will see you:

• attending client meetings
• project managing a client engagement developing key project and governance materials setting up meetings and agendas
• managing the flow of client data
• undertaking client industry and economic research projects
• keeping up to date with industry best practice and emerging trends.

Our Management Consulting team accepts applications from students of all disciplines but is particularly well suited to students majoring in Accounting Commerce Finance Economics Supply Chain Management or Marketing. We encourage applicants completing either undergraduate and postgraduate studies.

Eligibility

To be eligible for our 2026 graduate opportunities you must be:

• on track to complete your studies by the end of 2025; or have completed a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the last two years; and
• an Australian or New Zealand Citizen a Permanent Resident of Australia or a visa-holder (subject to some conditions).

International students and graduates

We welcome applications from international students who are studying at an Australian tertiary institution. To be eligible to apply you will need to demonstrate that you have full time working rights within Australia at the time of your application.
