What Youll Do
As a Senior Field Service Representative youll support customers across the full power system lifecycle including:

Startup commissioning testing maintenance and emergency response

Troubleshooting and servicing electrical distribution and control systems
-
Leading small projects independently and supporting larger project teams
-
Providing technical recommendations to improve system reliability and performance
-
Producing accurate service documentation and performance reports
-
Mentoring and supporting less experienced field technicians
-
Using advanced digital tools (laptop tablet IR cameras remote collaboration tools)

What Were Looking For
Required Qualifications
-
High school diploma plus 3 years of experience testing troubleshooting and servicing electrical distribution or control systems
OR
Accredited trade school completion with 7 years of relevant experience
-
Hands-on experience with power distribution equipment
-
Strong understanding of 3-phase power systems
-
Valid drivers license and ability to operate a company vehicle
-
Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)

Associates or Bachelors degree (Engineering preferred)

Electrical Contractors License or Professional Engineering License

Experience with power quality measurements protective relays and system analysis

NICET or NETA certification
