What Youll Do

As a Senior Field Service Representative youll support customers across the full power system lifecycle including:

• Startup commissioning testing maintenance and emergency response

• Troubleshooting and servicing electrical distribution and control systems

• Leading small projects independently and supporting larger project teams

• Providing technical recommendations to improve system reliability and performance

• Producing accurate service documentation and performance reports

• Mentoring and supporting less experienced field technicians

• Using advanced digital tools (laptop tablet IR cameras remote collaboration tools)

What Were Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 3 years of experience testing troubleshooting and servicing electrical distribution or control systems
  OR
  Accredited trade school completion with 7 years of relevant experience

• Hands-on experience with power distribution equipment

• Strong understanding of 3-phase power systems

• Valid drivers license and ability to operate a company vehicle

• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)

Location Requirement

• Must live within 50 miles of New Carlisle IN
  (Active-duty military candidates exempt)

Preferred (Not Required)

• Associates or Bachelors degree (Engineering preferred)

• Electrical Contractors License or Professional Engineering License

• Experience with power quality measurements protective relays and system analysis

• NICET or NETA certification
