Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to work on an onsite project in Riyadh. You will tackle unique challenges work on diverse projects and gain hands-on experience across multiple sectors while developing a strong problem-solving toolkit. Key Responsibilities

- Drive analytical workstreams including data collection quantitative analysis market research and competitive assessments.
- Support the design and development of client recommendations by collaborating closely with project teams and client stakeholders across various industries.
- Contribute to business development efforts through proposal creation client pitches and case study development.
- Develop internal and external knowledge assets including thought-leadership frameworks and research papers.
- Take part in firm-building activities such as recruiting coaching junior team members and supporting internal capability development.

Requirements

- 2 years of experience in consulting financial services strategy or related fields
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Engineering Economics Public Policy or related disciplines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Self-starter who can prioritize effectively and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Eager to contribute ideas and take ownership from day one

- Previous experience in top-tier consulting firms (McKinsey BCG OW Bain Alvarez Arthur D Little) or Big 4 is a plus
