About the Role:
We are looking for a senior Marketing Data Analyst to join our marketing analytics team. The role focuses on measuring marketing performance analyzing user funnels designing A/B tests and generating actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies. The analyst will work closely with internal marketing teams to build dashboards automate reporting and develop data-driven recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive reports to evaluate marketing effectiveness across channels (Performance Direct Marketing Influence Affiliate SEO SMM Brand PR Referral Programs etc.).

Analyze user funnels identify drop-offs and generate hypotheses to improve key metrics (acquisition retention conversion).
-
Design and evaluate A/B tests and custom attribution models; implement incrementality and marginal ROAS analyses.
-
Build dashboards and alerting systems to monitor metric deviations.
-
Support marketing teams with structured data analysis to guide decisions.
-
Develop unit economics for acquisition retention upsell and cross-sell processes.
-
Maintain and optimize marketing data infrastructure (AppsFlyer Google Analytics GTM Segment etc.).
-
Collaborate with internal teams to implement predictive analytics and scoring models where relevant.
Requirements:
-
4 years of experience as a data analyst including 2 years in marketing analytics.

Advanced SQL skills (CTEs window functions query optimization).
-
Proficient in Python for analytics and automation beyond basic reporting.
-
Experience building cross-channel analytics for B2C/B2B cohort analysis and marketing attribution.

Strong skills in BI tools such as Tableau PowerBI Looker or Superset.

Experience with ETL pipelines and data integration.
-
Strong analytical thinking attention to detail and ability to structure complex calculations and data processes.
-
Experience with A/B testing and marketing experiment design.
-
Experience with CDP Airflow dbt or ML models is a plus.
-
Knowledge of marketing measurement methodologies (web mobile surveys MMM GDRP LAT) is a plus.
