Job Summary

Senior LED Coordinator

Introduction A leading global B2B solution provider is seeking a highly skilled Senior LED Coordinator for their gaming studios in Belgrade Serbia. In this technical leadership role you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of LED systemsfrom initial planning and technical evaluation to final installation and quality control. We are looking for an expert who can bridge technical calculations with hands-on coordination to deliver top-tier studio environments while leading a dedicated technical team.

Your Role

Project Planning: Evaluate and plan LED projects determining appropriate strip types quantities power consumption and control system requirements.
Technical Calculations: Perform precise calculations for electrical loads power supplies DMX controllers and current requirements to ensure system stability.
Installation Oversight: Supervise the installation of LED systems cabling electrical panels and power sources. Conduct rigorous post-installation testing and quality control reporting.
Inventory Management: Organize material orders manage stock availability and prepare all necessary components for on-site production.
Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate technical teams for studio-based projects providing guidance and ensuring high-quality results.
Safety & Standards: Enforce strict compliance with safety procedures and internal protocols. Ensure all equipment is used properly and maintain detailed documentation for all system components.
Travel: Ability to lead technical teams on travel assignments and off-site projects when required.

Your Qualifications

Languages: Professional fluency in English (C1 level) with strong written and spoken communication skills.
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of LED strips power supplies DMX controllers and complex electrical systems.
Experience: Proven track record in coordinating or installing LED systems in technical production environments. Experience leading technical teams is essential.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to calculate electrical loads and manage material lifecycles efficiently.
Aptitude: High attention to detail proactive working style and a strong focus on safety and compliance.
Education: Minimum high school diploma; advanced technical certifications are a plus.
IT Skills: PC literacy with solid technical and analytical proficiency.
