Job Summary
Requirements:
- 35 years of experience in Product Management and Product Ownership.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and sprint-based delivery.
- Solid technical understanding enabling effective collaboration with development teams.
- Proven experience managing workflows using or similar tools.
- Excellent communication documentation and organizational skills.
- Product experience preferably in mobile or tech-driven products.
- A proactive team player who is a good listener and enjoys organizing chaos.
Responsibilities:
- Manage product sprints and maintain one or more boards.
- Act as Scrum Master facilitating sprint planning daily stand-ups reviews and retrospectives.
- Create assign and track tasks user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Actively unblock developers by clarifying requirements priorities and dependencies.
- Work closely with engineering design and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
- Stay hands-on with product features and continuously align development with user needs.
- Use tools such as Monday Slack Figma Google Workspace and AI tools (e.g. GPT) to manage communication and execution.
