Job Summary
The Executive Secretary provides high-level administrative and secretarial support to CEO. The role requires excellent organizational skills discretion strong communication abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain CEO schedules appointments and meetings
- Handle correspondence and official communication on behalf of management
- Prepare draft and format letters reports presentations and meeting minutes
- Organize meetings agendas and follow-up action points
- Maintain confidential records files and official documents
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Assist in travel arrangements logistics and event coordination
- Maintain office records databases and filing systems
- Ensure timely follow-up on tasks assigned by senior management
- Support day-to-day administrative operations as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as an executive secretary personal assistant or administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
