Responsibilities:
Gathering requirements from business users.
Designing developing and maintaining reports dashboards and cubes.
Creating and managing Framework Manager models.
Optimizing report performance and troubleshooting issues.
Requirements:
Experience: 3 years in BI/reporting with significant time on the Cognos platform.
Certifications: IBM Cognos certifications are a plus.
Must have:
IBM Cognos: Expertise in Report Studio Framework Manager Query Studio Dashboarding and potentially Transformer.
SQL: Advanced skills for data querying and manipulation are essential.
Databases: Experience with relational databases (Oracle SQL Server etc.)
BI Concepts: Solid understanding of data modeling metadata and dimensional modeling.
