Youll be the partner our BDRs and SDRs rely onkeeping processes tight spotting productivity blockers before they slow us down and launching high-impact regional initiatives that accelerate pipeline creation and conversion.

In this role youll serve as the primary enablement partner for global BDR/SDR teams owning execution across sales process tools and methodologyand ensuring every rep has what they need to prospect smarter and perform at their best.
The Impact Youll Have:
Youll be the primary enablement partner for our global SDR/BDR teams turning insights into action sharpening execution across inbound and outbound motions and driving adoption of processes tools and methodology that directly accelerate pipeline creation and conversion.
What Youll Own:
Turn insights into performance.
Use dashboards and call intelligence to reinforce Sandler improve pipeline hygiene and optimize rep effectiveness.
Coach reps to excellence.
Lead Film Rooms call reviews and role-plays that strengthen objection handling discovery and next-step clarity.
Build scalable productivity programs.
Improve sequencing quality speed-to-lead qualification and opportunity velocity.
Automate and streamline workflows.
Leverage AI prompts templates nudges and checklists to reduce admin and embed best practices.
Align GTM teams around what works.
Partner with Sales RevOps and Enablement to turn behavioral insights into measurable performance lifts.
Strengthen onboarding & playbooks.
Enhance ramp paths certifications and all SDR/BDR playbooks with crisp actionable guidance.
Remove blockers fast.
Identify issues in process tooling or knowledge then pilot and scale fixes with leadership.
What Success Looks Like:
Higher adoption of process playbooks and tooling
Lift across activity connect rates speed-to-lead sequencing quality qualified meetings and pipeline contribution
Consistent coaching cadence leading to better call quality and handoff rigor
Clear exec-ready reporting that ties enablement efforts to performance impact
What You Bring:
Experience & Skills
2 years as an BDR outbound sales executive or outbound focused enablement specialist (cold calling pipeline generation experience required)
Strong methodology reinforcement skills (Sandler experience a plus!)
Proficiency with Salesforce Gong sequencing/dialer tools dashboards and AI-assisted workflows
Excellent facilitation coaching and playbook-building abilities
Data-driven operator with clear communication across teams and regions
- Desire to travel up to 40% travel primarily across Europe with North America travel minimally each quarter
Mindset & Behaviors:
