Your Role:
As a Czech-Speaking Customer Support Specialist you will be the main point of contact for customers delivering professional high-quality assistance and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Czech-speaking customers via phone email and chat
- Provide clear friendly and solution-oriented support
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal procedures
- Collaborate with an international team to maintain service excellence
What Were Looking For:
- Native or fluent Czech speaker
- Good level of English for internal communication
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not required
