About the role :
We are looking for a Shopper Team Lead to join our Nyon Finance organization as part of a maternity leave replacement (May 2026 to February 2027).
In this role you will lead the Nyon Shopper Team coordinate daily activities ensure smooth operational delivery and act as the main point of contact for both local and abovecampus stakeholders. You will oversee task allocation team performance process accuracy and service continuity while also providing handson support when required.
Role Responsibilities :
- Properly allocate and prioritize tasks among team members to ensure activities are delivered within agreed deadlines.
- Oversee daytoday team operations and monitor individual and collective performance.
- Set clear team goals and KPIs; analyse workflow metrics challenge gaps and ensure processes remain up to date and accurate.
- Act as the first point of escalation for the Shopper team and for abovecampus support teams (CFT in Bucharest IPT in India).
- Develop training materials based on business and customer needs and deliver targeted coaching sessions.
- Drive continuous process optimization by identifying best practices and implementing improvements (e.g. consolidation of POs and invoices).
- Represent the Nyon entity in weekly ComCell meetings and other abovesite forums.
- Contribute to daytoday team operations when required by the business or during staff absences.
- Support monthly and quarterly P2P internal controls to ensure compliance with Haleon standards.
Candidate Profile :
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Finance Accounting Accounts Payable or a related discipline.
- Prior experience managing a team coaching individuals or overseeing performance processes (including yearend evaluations).
- Solid experience working in a multinational environment.
- Strong SAP experience required.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of P2P processes workflow management and issue resolution.
- Proven ability to take ownership of operational tasks and provide handson support when needed.
- Ability to step in and temporarily take over team members scope during absences.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving mindset; ability to handle escalations and coordinate with technical teams.
- Fluency in French & English (spoken and written) mandatory.
Education :
- Minimum: CFC Employée de Commerce or equivalent.
- Bachelors degree in Finance or a related field considered an asset.
