About this Role
We are a trusted media organisation with a mission to positively impact our community 24/7. As a not-for-profit community organisation working as Board Administrative Officer you will provide secretariat support to the PositiveMedia Board and Board Sub-Committees to ensure they function effectively. You will ensure records are kept in line with legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Liaison with the Board Chair CEO EA to CEO committee chairs and committee members
Preparation of agendas and compilation and distribution of meeting papers
Minute taking at meetings followed by preparation and circulation of minutes and actions
Follow up work between meetings as required
Coordination of statutory documents and other Board related aspects of the yearly AGM
