Role Overview:
The role oversees all college-enrollment campaignsapplications financial aid matriculationand drives key CCMR indicators such as TSIA2.0 completion. This leader manages student scheduling and transcript accuracy evaluates transfer credits and ensures every student is placed in the right courses. They design and monitor a campuswide credit-recovery system deliver professional development on graduation requirements and readiness and report progress toward CCMR goals to school and district leadership. The aim is to raise the quality of student applicants and increase successful college enrollment outcomes across the campus.
Special Knowledge and Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to lead campuswide college-readiness initiatives and drive measurable gains in CCMR outcomes.
- Skill in supervising coaching and motivating staff toward ambitious college-enrollment assessment and graduation targets.
- Strong analytical judgment for transcript auditing course placement decisions and credit-recovery planning.
- Capacity to coordinate complex college-access campaigns including applications financial aid and matriculation with high operational precision.
- Expertise in facilitating professional development on graduation requirements college readiness and data-informed decision-making.
- Ability to design and manage systems that track progress surface risks and keep students on a path toward graduation and postsecondary success.
- Adaptability and initiative in a fast-moving school environment; comfort leading change and implementing new strategies.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage and oversee college enrollment campaigns (quality applications campaign financial aid campaign matriculation campaign) for the campus
- Supervise and motivate CCRM staff and teachers towards college enrollment TSIA2.0 completion rates and other CCMR indicators
- Schedule students and audit transcripts for appropriate course placement
- Review out-of-state/country transcripts and assign appropriate credits
- Initiate and oversee initiatives that improve the quality of student applicants and the quality of college admissions and college enrollments
- Report progress towards campus CCMR goals to campus and district leadership
- Execute high quality professional development for campus staff in graduation requirements and college readiness
- Participate in professional development to enhance CCMR campus goals
- Designs coordinates and monitors a campus-wide Credit Recovery and Loss of Credit plan that includes clear eligibility criteria aligned instructional supports progress monitoring and communication systems that keep scholars on track for promotion and graduation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (required)
- Experience navigating the college application process (preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities:
No direct reports or supervisory or management responsibilities.

Computer copier telephone and other equipment applicable to position.
