This role is pivotal in bridging business needs with technology solutions ensuring that systems and processes areoptimizedto support strategicobjectives.
You willbe responsible foranalyzing business requirementsdesigningand implementing system solutions and providing insights that drive operational efficiency and informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a proventrack recordin managing business systems delivering actionable insights through MIS and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities
Gather analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders across multiple functions.
Design and implement system solutions that align with businessobjectivesand industry best practices.
Develop andmaintainManagement Information Systems (MIS) to support reporting analytics and decision-making.
Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure successful system integration and deployment.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities and best practices.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensureoptimalfunctionality.
Support strategic projects including digital transformation and process automation initiatives.
About You:
Bachelors degree in Information Systems Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience inManagement Information Systems (MIS)andbusiness systems analysis.
Experience with ERP systems and CRM (e.g.Salesforce) platforms.
Strong understandingofconsultancy professionalservicesindustryoperations and workflows.
Proficiencyin data analysis reporting tools and business intelligence platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Strong communicationand stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) advanced Excel skills
Experience in Salesforce Administration will be an advantage
