Weshine is hiring for our client (Agilience Asia) based in Singapore for a digital remote role. Agilience Asia is a professional services firm providing agile business solutions across Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) finance transformation corporate secretarial and deal advisory services. Leveraging technology and a client-centric approach the company helps organisations improve efficiency maintain compliance and achieve sustainable growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle Singapore-based clients. Companys HQ is in Singapore.
Handle full sets of accounts (including consolidation accounts) GST and compliance matters.
Conduct month-end quarter-end and year-end close processes to verify all entries have been created and posted ensuring completeness accuracy and cohesiveness of information including performing bank reconciliation
Assist to maintain and administer accounting and payroll administration as well as provide tax and audit support for the portfolio of clients
Timely preparation of accounts and financial reports to comply with the clients policies and statutory requirements.
Work closely with clients and manage their expectations
Coaching other team members through sharing experience and knowledge appropriately
Any other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
Good Bachelors degree in Accountancy ACCA or other equivalent professional qualifications.
Candidates with relevant 3 years or more accounting/outsourcing working experience are welcome to apply.
Big 4 applicants with audit experience are welcome to apply.
Good command of the English language and communication skills
Possess strong interpersonal and client relationship skills.
Meticulous and organized individual with strong initiatives.
Proactive in problem-solving.
Positive working attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work within tight deadlines.
Well-versed in MS applications (PowerPoint Excel Word) practical knowledge in XERO and Quickbooks is an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills solid research skills and the ability to work well in a team environment and/or independently
