The Lifestyle Clinic is a centre of excellence providing physical activity lifestyle and health programs for the prevention and management of chronic disease injury and disability. Run by the School of Health Sciences within UNSW Medicine & Health the clinic has strong links with researchers and clinicians in the fields of cardiovascular and metabolic health cancer treatment brain health mental health and musculoskeletal health
The clinic is staffed by Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) with extensive experience in exercise therapy and rehabilitation. To ensure maximum health outcomes AEPs work closely with medical practitioners and other allied-health professionals.
About this position
This role will work clinically while acting in a supervisory role in the UNSW Medicine & Health Lifestyle Clinic. The role includes quality control and supervision of all Exercise Science & Exercise Physiology student practicum placements in the UNSW Medicine & Health Lifestyle Clinic.
