Job Summary

Aleading communications solution provider based in Berks County and servicing the South East PA market and beyond is searching for aService Office Administrator. By providing support and administration to the daily installation team you will be helping the company to achieve their growth goals. We are looking for an individual who excels at juggling many balls and trouble shooting so the daily and weekly calendar is accurate and the install team can do what they need to in the field and have a dedicated resource to turn to when questions and issues arise. We will teach you if you are willing to learn our business.


Position Summary
You will be managing the daily and weekly install calendar while working with the install guys to make sure they know where and when to be somewhere. Assisting them with the entry of their time accurately and on time into the system. Managing requests for PTO on the schedule. Manage a Ticketing system for issues and service from customers. Handling and troubleshooting any general questions and issues from the install team in the field.



Qualifications
High School Diploma
2 to 3 years of front office administration and or scheduling of Service Techs
Ability to problem solve
Adherence and attention to detail
Strong written and oral communication skills; Strong organizational skills; Ability to follow directions
Ability to work both in a team environment and independently
Outstanding customer service skills
Ability to pass a drug screening test
Consent to random drug screening tests as required by projects and contracts
Pass a criminal background check
