Job Summary

$40000-$75000 per year

The Automotive Service Advisor at Dallas Direct will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with the Sales Manager to determine their vehicle service needs
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Communicate updates to Sales Manager regarding their vehicles
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the automotive industry
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
