Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth working of cabin crew operations and effective Base Administration.
  • Ensure Cabin Crew deliver on board safe efficient and superlative service experience to allPassengers.
  • Review performance and mentor coach & motivate the Base Team and crew and foster an efficient working environment.
  • Always uphold company image and value systemsandensurequalitystandardsaremet.
  • Ensure cabin crew are conversant and compliant with DGCA regulations company SOPs grooming and discipline standards.
  • Manager Inflight Services.
  • LiaisewithdepartmentslikeCateringOCCAirportServicesandCabinAppearanceto ensure 100% OTP from IFS.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide coaching and counseling to crew on performance and serviceissues.
  • EnsureadequatemanninglevelsandrepresentIFSincabincrewrecruitmentdrives.
  • Monitorcrewperformancethroughbriefingsauditsandsubmitcomprehensivereports.
  • Maintaineffectivebaseadministrationandensureallrecordsanddataareuptodate
  • Coordinatewithrosteringforunplannedflightsandensuresmoothoperationofspecialflights.
  • Reviewflightreportsandescalatecriticalconcernsforresolution.
  • Operate flights in exigency or as required.

Position Reports to: General Manager Inflight Services

Position Supervises:Teamof4-5AssistantBaseManagers/BaseAdminandCabinCrew

Location: Any of the Base offices across the country / outside the country

EmploymentType: Full-time on the rolls of SNV

TravelRequirement: Domestic and international travel required; irregular hours and duty coverage expected due to the nature of the role.
