- Ensure smooth working of cabin crew operations and effective Base Administration.
- Ensure Cabin Crew deliver on board safe efficient and superlative service experience to allPassengers.
- Review performance and mentor coach & motivate the Base Team and crew and foster an efficient working environment.
- Always uphold company image and value systemsandensurequalitystandardsaremet.
- Ensure cabin crew are conversant and compliant with DGCA regulations company SOPs grooming and discipline standards.

- LiaisewithdepartmentslikeCateringOCCAirportServicesandCabinAppearanceto ensure 100% OTP from IFS.
- Resolve conflicts and provide coaching and counseling to crew on performance and serviceissues.
- EnsureadequatemanninglevelsandrepresentIFSincabincrewrecruitmentdrives.
- Monitorcrewperformancethroughbriefingsauditsandsubmitcomprehensivereports.
- Maintaineffectivebaseadministrationandensureallrecordsanddataareuptodate
- Coordinatewithrosteringforunplannedflightsandensuresmoothoperationofspecialflights.
- Reviewflightreportsandescalatecriticalconcernsforresolution.
- Operate flights in exigency or as required.
