Position Summary
Music Festival Bar Staff are responsible for providing fast friendly and accurate beverage service in a high-volume fast-paced outdoor event environment. This role supports an exceptional guest experience by ensuring all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are prepared served and sold in compliance with company standards and local alcohol laws.
This is a seasonal role from December 16 2025 and will end on March 16 2026.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $10.98 and is tip eligible
This position will remain open until March 16 2026.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly professional customer service
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently
- Verify guest identification and comply with alcohol service regulations
- Accurately process cash and cashless transactions using POS systems
- Maintain a clean organized and fully stocked bar area
- Monitor guest behavior and report concerns to supervisors
- Follow all food safety sanitation and company policies
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet service demands
- Assist with bar setup breakdown and restocking as needed
- Handle high-volume service during peak event times
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 or 21 years old
- Previous bar concession or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work long shifts while standing and lifting up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors and in crowded high-energy environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Must complete required alcohol service training (e.g. TABC ServSafe or equivalent)
