Job Summary
Shift Pattern: 4ON 4OFF Days - 06:00am-18:00pm.
Salary: 12.69 per hour 1.00 Team Leader allowance per hour.
Supporting the Shift Manager and Shift Supervisors with performance disciplinary and grievance investigations and interviews.
- Carrying out return to work interviews.
- Managing and motivating the team ensuring that productivity is achieved.
- Developing and training all team members so that their contributions can be maximized.
- Carrying out daily briefings ensuring that the team is kept up to date with all relevant information.
- Ensuring that all areas of the warehouse comply with the Companies Health & Safety and hygiene policies.
- Ensuring that the shift performance is achieved.
- Ensuring that the available resources are utilized to their full potential at all times.
Qualifications :
- Strong Warehouse Experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive and able to make decisions.
- Good warehouse and logistics operation knowledge.
- Computer literate.
- Professional approachable and helpful.
