Job Summary
Your mission
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Technical Training Specialist in Munich. We designed the position as a 38 hrs/weekposition limited to 2 years!
Curious what your day-to-day will look like Lets dive in:
- Operate and maintain training equipment and facilities within our Service Capability Center.
- Organize and deliver training programs for service partners including managing technical documentation.
- Coordinate training projects and collaborate with technical support to optimize and expand content.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure smooth execution of training activities.
- Collect feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery quality.
- Support team initiatives and contribute to policy and procedure improvements.
Your profile
- Degree in Electrical Engineering Renewable Energy or a related technical field (or business studies with technical focus).
- Understanding of PV and ESS products and systems is a plus.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite training support.
- Language skills: English & German C1 and Chinese isa plus.
