Job Summary
Bremen City Schools is currently accepting applications for teaching positions at Bremen Academy for the 2026-2027 school year. Special consideration may be given to candidates who possess Gifted and/or Special Education certification.
Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated General Education teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate will foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment delivering high-quality instruction aligned with the Georgia Standards of Excellence.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners
- Knowledge of and experience implementing Science of Reading-aligned instructional strategies
- Use data to guide instruction and provide timely interventions and enrichment
- Collaborate with colleagues support staff and families to support student success
- Integrate technology and innovative practices to enhance learning experiences
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents
- Participate in professional learning communities and school improvement initiatives
- Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education Gifted endorsement preferred
- Valid Georgia Professional Teaching Certificate in the appropriate content area/grade level
- Strong knowledge of Georgia Standards of Excellence and effective instructional strategies
- Excellent communication organization and classroom management skills
