At the Digital Career Institute (DCI) we are looking to expand our course offerings in Cloud Infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). To achieve this we are seeking an experienced professional to support us in the development and implementation of a new curriculum for aspiring Azure Solutions Architect.
As a freelance Azure Solutions Architect Instructor you will play a key role in building our educational programs in a high-demand field empowering students to launch their careers in the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem.
Deine Aufgaben
- Structuring a practical syllabus for the Microsoft AZ-305 (Solutions Architect Design) and Terraform Associate certifications
- Designing remote instructional modulesthe location from which you teach does not matter
- Conceptualizing and executing hands-on exercises for Azure Virtual Networks (VNet) Storage Accounts and Multi-Tier Architectures
- Training the complete Terraform workflow as well as state management and cloud deployment within the Azure environment
- Teaching CI/CD processes via Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions and Git-based workflows for infrastructure automation
- Conducting mock exams and teaching the Microsoft Azure Well-Architected Framework
Deine Skills
- Valid certifications as Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) and Terraform Associate; additional teaching or training certifications (e.g. MCT) are a plus
- Profound knowledge of Terraform Git Linux administration and Azure Core Services (Compute Networking Identity)
- Confidence in handling complex cloud scenarios Azure DNS Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and serverless technologies (Azure Functions Logic Apps)
- Passion for breaking down complex IT topics for career changers in an easy-to-understand way
- Proficiency in English for teaching and internal collaboration; proficiency in German is desirable
