Job Summary
Location: Hayes West London
Start Date: After the holidays
We are recruiting an SEN Teaching Assistant to join a caring primary school in Hayes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in SEN and a desire to support pupils in a structured and supportive environment.
The Role
You will support pupils with learning difficulties ASD and behavioural needs working alongside teaching staff to help pupils stay engaged and progress.
Key Duties
1:1 and group SEN support
Supporting classroom routines
Encouraging independence and confidence
Monitoring pupil progress
